[IRCServices Coding] Memoserv Suggestion

Hi All,

After trying to send a Memo to a Colleague on our network, I wasnt sure if it 
was sent because memoserv never actually said anything...

Couldnt there be a Confirmation Notice for example, "Memo sent to nickname"

I didnt seem to receive anything and wasnt sure if it was sent... although it 
was
