AW: [IRCServices Coding] Thinking this is a bug

With bahamut, a channel can be set +ps.
That bahamut includes problems with +O is a case bahamut coders
have to solve. http://bahamut.dal.net, join the dalnet-src@ mailing
list, and point them out to the bug.

PS: I gave up talking to DALnet coders, because they NEVER EVER
reply.

Regards;
yusuf
