[IRCServices Coding] General Module Questions

you can get full services control from the modules...
and i think u need HOP :p
althought RaptorIRCD.1.0.4 isnt Supported by ircservices (from what i 
know..) if that feature isnt avaliable, re-conpile with Unreal support, 
but.. that probably wouldnt work :)
