[IRCServices Coding] Services 5.0a33 Immediately send akill/sline fails

[MaNUaL 3000]

As i remeber when you add an akill or slines in new services, users remain 
connected. That's for security reasons.. ie. if you add an akill to *@* 
,which is lame, then imagine all the users to get killed. So the akill or 
sline works if the user tries to reconnect.
So all you have after you aply the akill is to kill kill the user and he 
cant get in again.
(correct me if i am worng)
