[IRCServices Coding] A connection Problem

Hi when I install Irc service 5,0 o a release. I had a big problem I did
every think and every link setting but when I run ircservices it says
Initilization failed, exiting.
How can I solve this problem . And I have an other question. I am using
Epona Irc services and I wanna to convert my databases t ircservices is
there any conventer for this proccess so thank you good bye
