[IRCServices Coding] operserv / akill

[Ballsy]

	My user, who was already online, was killed immediately after the 
Akill was set, but ONLY if I had EnableExclude DISabled in modules.conf.  
Now that I think about it, I don't know that bahamut supports Akill 
exclusions...
