[IRCServices Coding] ircservices crash

Please send me a debug log from Services startup to the occurrence of
this error. Also, if you can recompile Services with the core-dump
configure option ("./configure -dumpcore ; make install") and send me the
GDB backtrace, it would be appreciated.
