[IRCServices Coding] cb_unset

Whilst browsing through the source, i've noticed a callback added for 
the nickserv SET command, however, i feel it would probably be 
appropriate to add one for UNSET as well, I don't want to modify the 
core services files, so i'm asking if there is an 'official' way to 
either hook the unset command, or if one plans to be added in the future.
