there is a configure error under FreeBSD 4.11

look at configure, lines 2614, 2615, 2626, 2627, 2637,2638, 2648, 2649,
missing $ sign when creating config.h file:

typedef   signed $TYPE_INT8   int8;
typedef unsigned $TYPE_INT8  uint8;

and so on.
