Just a question/comment/suggestion for the coding team. Wouldn't it be an 
idea to make a backup link or 2 in the services.conf for if a server goes 
down it can try to link to another one like ircd's do. I mean for smaller 
shell networks servers come up and down or lag, so i think it would be a big 
benifit.
