[IRCServices] Akill Exception

well there is an exclude for them

[21:47] -OperServ- Current autokill exclusion list:
[21:47] -OperServ- *@localhost                       Admin

but i can still akill localhost and cant join maybe because of services
adding G:line to servers or smth like that.
And there is
except ban *@localhost
at ircd conf.(all linked servers)

I thought the EXCLUDE command can be used for this task.
Its directly supported by tr-ircd and obviously unreal.
