[IRCServices] Services 5.0.7 released

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but 5.0.7 segfaults
every time I try to connect it to the network.

I downgraded back to 5.0.6 and it connects without a problem. I'm
using bahamut-1.4(35) on all servers on the network. Any ideas?
