[IRCServices] OpenBSD segfault issue: OpenBSD 3.4 unsupported

With regard to the OpenBSD segfault issue reported earlier, it looks
like OpenBSD 3.4 is not yet supported by recent versions of GCC due to the
switch to ELF executable format. Since GCC 2.95.3 has an OpenBSD-specific
bug which caused the reported crash, this means that Services cannot
currently be used with OpenBSD 3.4 (*). You'll have to either downgrade to
an earlier version of OpenBSD or use a different operating system to run
Services. An enhancement request has been filed with the GCC development
team (http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13891), but there's no
indication of when OpenBSD 3.4 support will (or won't) be added.

(*) It may be possible to compile Services on an earlier version of OpenBSD
and use the resulting executable file on OpenBSD 3.4. If anyone tries
this, please let me know the result.
