[IRCServices] Problems configureing the httpd

If anyone can help me configure the httpd for my network it would be
greatly appreciated. This is my first time using IRC Services, I’ve been
using Epona & Anope in the past. I Changed for the fact that IRC
Services offers more of what im looking for, so if anyone can help me
configure the httpd I’d be very happy :-)
