[IRCServices] Mailing list issues

     Just a quick note:  I've had a couple of reports recently of people
not being able to send mail to the list, getting an error back from the
mail server instead.  I'm looking into more permanent solutions, but in the
meantime, if you encounter such an error, please send your message to me
instead and I'll forward it to the list.
