[IRCServices] Question about Attachment Part 1.2 when doing a reply

The Mailing List here that it attaches it


I think I know what is happening from that site of yours Kieron -

The Mailing List is converting it to Plain Text which it attaches the 
Part 1.2

send to the Mailing List in Plain Text to not have it do the attachment
