[IRCServices] Idleserv Install Problem

Probably the same issue with the HostServ module that was posted on
this list not too long ago - the issue being that 5.0 modules are not
compatible with 5.1.

You can either contact the module coder and (politely!) request that
the module become 5.1 compatible, or if you know a bit of code you can
try to make the changes yourself.
