The mirrors should have it shortly.

     This release fixes the various bugs that have been reported on the
mailing list over the past few months.  In particular, a bug which could
prevent autokick bans from working properly has been fixed.

		    its initial data to the server if the connection took

2008/12/07	Fixed bug causing nickname enforcers to remain online
		    indefinitely if the associated nickname was dropped
		    before the enforcer was removed.  Reported by Jille
		    Timmermans <jille at quis.cx>
2008/12/07	Fixed bug causing channel ban lists to get desynchronized,
		    leading to failure to add bans when autokicking users.
