I've set the limit for bad passwords to 3. Then i tried 2 times to identify to CHANNEL1 with the wrong password. Then i've tried to identify to CHANNEL2 with wrong password and chanserv killed me. The behavior is supposed to be 3 wrong password PER CHANNEL.
