Golbez was once again on the Wild Chocobo. The ship was moving away from the moon. Golbez was actually having a good time looking at the scenery of the blue planet, when the ship shook. Golbez didn't think much of it at first; he started thinking of what FuSoYa had said. Would Golbez really lose his powers if he left the moon? He would soon find out, for the Blue Planet was very close now. Golbez stared out at the stars, when suddenly the ship jerked to one side. The scenery began to move. "The ship is spinning!" Golbez ran to the crystal. "Back to the moon, now!" The crystal sat silently, apparently out of magic. Golbez looked back at the moon, spinning with all of the other stars and planets. "I'm too far from the moon crystals." The Wild Chocobo was now spinning toward the blue planet, living up to its name. The planet was approaching fast. Golbez noticed a forest almost resembling a dragon head. Uh-oh. He was heading toward mountains... no, he had barely cleared the mountain range. Now the plains were speeding toward him. Golbez tried one last time. "Crystal, land us safely!" The crystal started to glow faintly. Not enough to land them properly, but enough to slow the fall. The crystal's light faded again, and the speed increased again. As the ship collided, pieces flew and Golbez lost consciousness.
