An oper.db file originally from version 4.5.x loaded into version 5.0a18 has now grown in size from 61 bytes to 7.5K! The contents of the new files seem to be multiple copies of the os admin list and the os operator list. Andrew, please email me off list if you want copies of the both files for debugging. Mark.
