[IRCServices Coding] Another database bug (a.k.a bang goes my nicks.db again ;)

This is not actually causing much of a problem with services, it's
just filling up the logs and causing madness in the xml-export
module. I'm afraid I can't identify when it started exactly. I'm
going to try to reload the db from what I can salvage of the XML
export..
