[IRCServices Coding] Mail-Auth really needed for sendpass?

yeah, i know.. i think i was asleep when sending this mail.. both physically 
and mentally :)
what about the linking nick?
maybe /ns NEWLINK <nick> <password>..
this could register a new nickname, and automatically link it without having 
to send the mail?

i think several ppl would agree, this would be a nice feature *nods* :)
