     The help files are in lang/*.l as always, and there's a link on the
home page (http://www.ircservices.za.net/) to the alpha release page.

そうです -- yes, I can. ;)  You wouldn't know it from the Japanese
language file, but that's because I wrote that 4-5 years ago when I knew
much less Japanese than I do now.  I'm going to fix it up Real Soon Now...
