Well.The same problem i have with 5.0a27. ChanServ DOES NOT deop the user who hasn't access in any channel and anyone who is operator can give op with the command /mode #channel +o user.I tried the 4.5.27 and is working properly. my ircd is bahamut 1.4(31). has anybody any idea ?
