is it possible for merge modes to Prioritise?
a mean.. instead of..
*** You Have joined Channel #test
*WAIT 3 SECS*.. Change topic mess around..
*** Chanserv sets mode +tnr-o Craig

it goes...
*** You Have joined Channel #test
*** Chanserv sets mode -o Craig
*WAIT 3 SECS*.. cant do nething bad..
*** Chanserv sets mode +tnr

it just means there isnt a massive security hole there ;)
