[IRCServices Coding] Services 5.0 alpha 34 released

     Okay, here we go again with a beta release candidate.  Everything
reported on alpha 33 _should_ be fixed (let me know if I missed something).
This version also gets rid once and for all of the problem with databases
getting corrupted on crashes.

     Note to brtb at unirc.org: my message to you was a bit hasty, it seems--
I found the problem shortly after mailing you.  Thanks for your help.
