Hi Sean,

I've just setup ircservices-5pre1 on a test network. Whoa, it rocks. Channel
mode L does indeed work. However, it should require mode l to accompany it
as the ircd requires this too.

I've spotted one bug from playing with it for the first 5 minutes -
NickServ's ajoin feature allows you to add arbitary channel names, including
names not beginning in "#" or "&". eg:

[*nickserv*] ajoin add !@#$&^*:sdf
-NickServ- !@#$&^*:sdf added to your autojoin list.

Forgive me if this is already known :).

The new version looks awesome. So many new features to play with, so little
time :).
