[IRCServices Coding] Strange problem....

I just grabbed a fresh copy of the latest release of 5.0 and when I fire it up with the latest release of Bahamut it just sits and waits at:

However if I tell it not to load any of the Chanserv Modules everything loads up fine. I did a quick search through the list but don't see anything. Does anyone have a idea? This is on a FreeBSD 4.6 system if that is pertinant.
