[IRCServices Coding] v5.0pre3 Start-Up Problem

Also I forgot to mention. Another problem we had is we were not able 
to import the databases. It gave some error about the version number. 
We were running 4.50. do we need to install all the .diff from 4.5.1 
to 4.5.9?
