     This release fixes a couple of bugs recently found in pre7, including
a crash that occurs whenever Services tries to update a database with
forbidden nicknames and the mail-auth module is active.  It also includes
the final(?) version of the HTML manual, coming to a healthy 517kB of text.
Even considering that about a third of it was automatically generated, that
sure is a whole bunch of text, and I hope nobody will object too greatly if
I hold off on the design document I was planning to write until the next
version. (:  The documentation can be found in the docs/ subdirectory of
the distribution, or online at:
