I don't recall explicitly saying no to this, though it's too late at
this point to consider it for 5.0. I do seem to recall that the last time
it was brought up, the person who suggested it was using a syntax like
"LIST *5-10" to list users with access level 5 through 10, which I didn't
like; "LISTACC" is better in that respect.

As another poster noted, this information has been available via AKICK
VIEW for a long time (the date/time of addition is also recorded in 5.0).
