[IRCServices Coding] mlock sugestion

     Trying the most recent version before reporting ought to be common
sense, and is definitely mentioned in the FAQ (Z.3).  And for the record,
this has worked since at least 4.5.0, so if it didn't work for you, you did
something wrong.
