[IRCServices Coding] Possibly a Major bug?

I have encountered dozens of little problems when using Unreal3.1.4 on my
network.. it seems there are a lot of holes in that version, since they're
trying to make it some sort fo transition between version 3.1 to 3.2...  I
have found the most stable of all versions right now is 3.1.3... no security
leaks to speak of, and it works great with ircservices 5 beta
