[IRCServices Coding] Possible auto-suspend alternative?

Note: this isnt a pointless post here to fill up your inbox, as i am 
becoming sick of them too :/

anyway-
In version 4 of services, when too many bad passwords were entered, the 
channel / nickname was suspended, due to abuse, this was removed in version 
5, in its place, maybe it would be advisable to have an option to give users 
that try to suspend nicknames / channels and akill of X days, (X being 
settable in the config) with an address to email if the problem was genuine? 
it would detur people from spamming services with passwords, without 
stopping access to the channel alltogether..

just my 2 pence ;)
