If we made a module for  things just as
SVSMODE
SVSNICK
SVSJOIN
SVSPART
etc... - If we make them work, on a module, and make them add commands into
"help commands"
These would need to use RAW - how-ever, if we made it use RAW, But without
re-enabling RAW.
would use of these commands cause problems, De-syncs, etc.....
