[IRCServices Coding] Problem with "Extension data found for nonexisting nick "

Hello...

Well i'm posting this message, because i get the following error on the log 
which causes services to go down:

[Nov 30 17:48:09 2002] database/version4: Extension data found for 
nonexisting nick `Atena'
[Nov 30 17:48:09 2002] database/version4: Extension data found for 
nonexisting nick group 103193281

This is just one of the lines (last in this case)... anyway i need help.
