[IRCServices Coding] Services Crash

I'm running ircservices5.0 and i get the following error when it crashes:

[Dec 20 18:09:58 2002] protocol/unreal: m_sethost: user record for Kretino 
not found

This happens frequently... so i need help.
Sometimes Unreal hubs need restart for services to stay up.
