[IRCServices Coding] RatBox support

Seeing as nobody else has replied, I might ask the obvious.. have you 
made sure you are sending the parameters in the right order etc? I'm no 
expert with ratbox, but I'll have a look around and see if I can come up 
with something a little more helpful ;)
