[IRCServices Coding] 5.1 -import problem

Hi guys,

I'm trying to use the alpha version of ircservices because i have upgraded my ircd to solid-ircd because i'm looking to impliment SSL connections. I have come from a bahamut 1.8.4 server.

I've follow the upgrade path of 

shutdown the ircservices

installing the new .deb (dpkg -i ircservices_5.1a11-1.deb) -seems to work ok

then i run (ircservices -export=database.xml) -seems to work out

then i try and run (ircservices -import=database.xml) -errors with this

root at HOSTNAME /etc/ircservices# ircservices -import=database.xml
Initialization failed, exiting.

Can anyone help? Then i can get submitting performance stats and bugs for 5.1.
