This reply is directed at the thread in general... rather than one
specific posting...
I estimate that there will be atleast 10 times as much data going to the
Services server when ChanServ is in all the channels on a network. I would
expect this to increase, more than proportionally, with the size of the
network.
Afaik, only ircu based ircds support +d - but I'm open to correction.
