[IRCServices] ChanServ list *

/msg ChanServ list * FORBIDDEN
will show all the ones that are forbidden.

/msg ChanServ list * NOEXPIRE 
shows the ones that wont expire.

list * shows everything since by definition a * is a full wildcard.
