[IRCServices] cpu consumption

Thats a problem with Unreal...
I have used the Unreal Tabby version and it did the same thing. I didn't go
out and investigate it, I just got a new IRCD.
If you have to use the "Host Aliasing" features *EliteIRCD* is the way to
go... Older versions of Elite were pretty bad but the new one have *MOST* of
the bugs out.

Hello,
I am using the Unreal ircd (modified version of dalnet ?) with services
4.3.3 The high cpu
comsumption happen when the services disconnect and connect again. But if I
kill the ircd and run it again, then run the services. The high CPU
comsimption did not happen...

Any ideas ?
