Then please contact them. As we've mentioned before, if you have a
problem, upgrade to the latest version of IRC Services before reporting
the bug. 

There was a problem with one of the earlier releases of IRC Services that
might have caused this problem. It is likely the PT Link version was built
off of a broken IRC Services.
