[IRCServices] Unreal

Hi,

	Umm.. actually, i did not have this problems. The cloaking works fine with
me. I am
using Unreal2.1.6-tCx3. All the host and ip show are ChatCafe-2322.isp.com and 
127.0.0.ChatCafe-2322. Maybe u can download the latest version and try
again ^.^
