[IRCServices] US FTP Mirror Needed

I'm looking for a server that can mirror the IRC Services anonymous ftp
site. The server must have the following specs:

- MUST be located in the USA.
- A high speed connection to the Internet.
- Very good uptime stats.
- High availability.
