[IRCServices] Changes nicknames to GUESTxxxx instead of a /kill

Thank you. I require one other little piece of information - what is the
setting to set the nick before the <number>. (e.g. 'Guest') to which
services changes nicknames that don't identify? I'm sure it's also in the
services.conf.
