[IRCServices] Changes nicknames to GUESTxxxx instead of a/kill

It's the VERY next section after #NSForceNickChange, but as Andrew said read
example.conf BEFORE running services. It is ALWAYS highly recommended to
RTFM before running a program you didn't write.
