[IRCServices] Where can I get ircd.dalnet?

I guess it's time for the documentation to be updated. :)

If you'd rather not use Bahamut, get version 4.6.5 of Dreamforge. 4.4.10 is
VERY VERY VERY old and should not really be used. However, it still works
and you can get it from ftp://ftp.dal.net/dalnet/server/dreamforge/OLD/
