[IRCServices] How to make ChanServ join every channel when registered?

Lord_cold,

Services is not written to have ChanServ join any channels on any kind of
permanent basis. I have seen a patch floating around that may help you. You
may want to try asking on ircservices-coding at snow.shadowfire.org.
